元, 均是与产品本身的运行环境温度相同。

3. 数控装置相关注意事项
3.1 外部控制电源的选定
向各单元提供 DC24V 的电源单元, 请使用 UL 认证产品。
我公司提供的外部电源单元“PD25”, 从 2000 年 9 月 开始, 由我公司出产
的产品变更为 UL 规格认证产品。
4. AC 伺服·主轴系统相关注意事项
4.1 一般注意事项
主电路电容器的放电时间约为10分钟。
在配线或检查时, 为了防止触电, 请在切断电源15分钟后, 再进行配线、
检查。
4.2 安装
MDS-B/C1系列为柜内安装产品。
在设计时, 请保证盘的容积超过各单元合计容积的150%以上, 柜内温度
不会超过55℃。
4.3 短路额定
MDS-B/C1 系列在峰值电流被限制在5000A以下的交流电路中进行了UL
短路测试, 适用于该电路。
4.4 周边设备
周边设备请选用符合UL/c-UL规格的设备。

主轴电机风扇的电路断路器
主轴电机风扇的电路保护器, 请按照约2倍于风扇额定电流的值为目标,
加以选择。( 在风扇启动时, 会有约2倍的电流流经。)
<注意>
·在美国安装时, 请根据National Electrical Code, 对每一分电路设置保护。
·在加拿大安装时, 请根据 Canadian Electrical Code, 对每一分电路设置
保护。
4.5 伺服电机安装
请将伺服电机安装在下表尺寸的法兰或是具有同等以上冷却能力的法兰
上。

3. Notes for CNC system
3.1 Selection of external power supply unit
An UL recognized 24Vdc output power supply unit should be usedto
CNC system.
The “PD25” power supply unit provided by Mitsubishi will bechanged
to UL recognized product since September 2000.
4. Notes for AC servo/spindle system
4.1 General Precaution
It takes 10 minutes to discharge the bus capacitor.
When starting wiring or inspection, shut the power off and waitfor more
than 15 minutes to avoid a hazard of electrical shock.
4.2 Installation
MDS-B/C1 Series have been approved as the products, whichhave
been installed in the electrical enclosure. The minimumenclosure size
is based on 150 percent of each MDS-B/C1 unit combination. Andalso,
design the enclosure so that the ambient temperature in theenclosure
is 55°C (131°F) or less, refer to the manual book
4.3 Short-circuit ratings
Suitable for use in a circuit capable of delivering, it is notmore than
5kA rms symmetrical amperes.
4.4 Peripheral devices
To comply with UL/c-UL Standard, use the peripheral devices,which
conform to the corresponding standard.

- Circuit Breaker for of spindle motor Fan
Select the Circuit Breaker by doubling the spindle motor fanrated.
A rush current that is approximately double the rated currentwill flow,
when the fan is started.

-For installation in United States, branch circuit protectionmust be
provided, in accordance with the National Electrical Code andany
applicable local codes.
- For installation in Canada, branch circuit protection must beprovided,
in accordance with the Canadian Electrical Code and anyapplicable
